Return and Exchange Policy


1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused and in their original condition as received to be eligible.

2. Ship the Item: Follow the instructions provided and send the item back (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

3. Processing: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been used or customized.

Damage caused during shipping (please contact the shipping carrier directly).


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Additional Information

As this is an international shipment from Japan, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
