Custom-Built Products

Because this product is individually built to the customer’s selected specifications, it is generally non-returnable once customization or assembly work has begun.

This includes products involving shaft cutting, grip installation, club assembly, or other customer-selected specifications.

This restriction does not apply in cases of manufacturing defects, initial defects, incorrect products, or products that do not match the confirmed order specifications.

Refunds

Once an approved returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within 5 business days.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and customs-related fees are generally non-refundable.
