Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please contact GOLJOY before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns or exchanges cannot generally be accepted for:

• Cut or altered shafts
• Installed or replaced grips
• Modified sleeves or adapters
• Products damaged, scratched, or stained after delivery
• Customized products that cannot be restored to their original condition

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and its condition confirmed, refunds will normally be processed within 5 business days.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other customs-related fees are non-refundable.
